Large clean practice with smiling welcoming staff. Booking was easy by phone and they still keep everything spotless against infections. Good selection of frames at all price levels and lenses to match. Discount for second pair and they were really lovely with children needing tests. Now my go to opticians. Well done to the team.

Door locked, not allowed in unless you're a customer. How they get new customers, I don't know. Was a customer a few years ago. They got my prescription wrong every time. When you were choosing frames, someone would be following you and giving their opinions on the glasses you choose, as well as choosing some for you. Would be fine if they'd offered to do that and I said yes, but they didn't. It's my face the glasses have to be comfortable on and my face people have to look at, I don't consider the opinion of someone who doesn't look at me everyday. Overall uncomfortable. Like they're scared of you discovering something you shouldn't. If they're a cover for suspicious or illegal activity, they're very bad at it.

Started going here for my son as had a better range of frames for him to choose from, however I prefer specsavers. Bigger, friendlier and more convenient as in town.

The worst place I have ever been. The woman who called optician, who served us today was just horrible, no empathy, no professional at all. I would like to make an official Complaint about this, how she treated me and my son. Very bad place to go with your child.
