I have used Bognor Regis since 2007 when it was Just MOTS - but no more! Car failed on horn which was immediately checked by 3 independent MOT testers who stated horn was fine!! What is going on?????????
Also the testers lunch was delivered whilst I was there and he ate it whilst I waited, then took my car off the ramps and his colleague handed me the fail sheet!!
