I'm not usually one do this but when i go to a game shop I would expect to be able to buy games on 3 different trips to this store i'v been told they don't have the game I'm after at the time but cases are on the shelf you have one job the clues in your name

Customer service a absolute joke, purchased a board game that had a sticker showing 34.99, didn't realise at first that I had been charged 39.99, hadn't left the store when I did realise and was told they wouldn't let me have it for advertised price on the box and that they would only give me a credit note, employee was very rude and unhelpful and after much protest offered me a refund of 34.99 despite the fact I had less than 5 minutes previously paid 39.99!! Absolutely ridiculous. Eventually got a full refund. Attitude of the employee was beyond a joke will never buy from here again.
