I brought a new bike from them in 2021 which was all fine.Until it came to the first service when it went in it had a stalling problem this was put down to it needing the vales adjusting which was 60 on top of the service. But this did not fix the problem also the handle bars had come lose. A phone call was made to them as the bike came with a two year warranty obviously we cant fix this our selfs as this would of voided the warranty. They said the would come and collect the bike as it cant be taken to them. But this was the beginning of September we are now the middle of October after trying to contact them by phone and email and being ignored its not on.Im now having to take my bike to someone else to repair now I know they have fallen out with Ajs but this is poor service on adrenaline part.Please be aware of these points before you use adrenaline.
