        Excellent customer service, very responsive and great value, the delightful Mitchell family - George and Angelina, organised a last minute holiday to Menorca for my husband and I. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back. George and Angelina only ever recommend hotels etc that they know they'd be very happy to stay at themselves, so great to have that peace of mind. This lovely couple really care about you having a good time, we highly recommend them! Yes five stars from us!

        I booked for Cyprus in September 2019 for my partners 50th. Found a hotel that I liked and contacted the Mitchell's. it was booked in no time, flights booked, transfers and we were off. No hitches just a straight forward professional service that delivered everything we wanted without the coorporate admin frustrations. A personal holiday service that I would not hesitate to use again!

        George has gone above and beyond to get our cruise refund sorted out from P & O, even though we did not go through them to book the holiday in the first place. He has kept me updated throughout and when it comes to booking my next cruise I will be booking it with them. Amazing, professional & friendly service. Tony
