We used Sims Williams for our move from a leasehold flat to a house with the lease part making the move very difficult but thanks to John and Susie was given constant updates and assurances of what is the best to do. Found us many viewings and was always working hard to make us happy. Have used a few estate agents in past and Sims Williams is by far the most professional. So understanding and polite and put us first all the time. If I were to move again would certainly use this company especially with John and Susie helping. Am now very happy in new home. Thanks guys.

Big Thank You to all of the team in Bognor Regis, especially Susie! We have purchase our first property and while being completelly unexperienced in this matter Susie guide us through it smoothly, making this experience a real pleasure. She was always there to answer any of our questions, provide advise and reccomend specialists, also liaise with sellers with any our questions and always got answer rapidly. Susie was particularly good in keeping an eye and managing timescale of the process, chasing all parties if there was any delays, including solicitors, mortgage advisors and surveyors... i cannot imagine any better service from estate agent.
