        Chris was friendly, polite and extremely helpful. My wife is disabled and he moved beds to enable her to try some out. He gave lots of advice about the sort of mattresses to buy. He offered us tea and the use of the diagnostic machine. We were well served by an excellent salesman.

        Went into the shop two weeks ago and the staff were not so friendly. Infact they did not even acknowledge our presence in the shop. No hello,not even a nod of the head. They need to treat all customers nicely

        Well what can I say. 1st class customer service. Clearance sale was on saved a packet and the staff showed us the promotion and we are delighted. Keep up the good work
