        Asked the roof and gutter people to visit my property to give a quote for work on some leaking guttering. Agreed a day/time to suit both the company and myself. On the allocated day they never turned up - no contact no calls nothing. I re-arranged the visit and on the allocated day they again did not show up. I consider this to be an extremely rude and arrogant way to treat potential customers. I live in a large 4 bedroom house and will be replacing all of my guttering over the whole property as part of a refurb. The "Gutter People" will not be invited to tender for the work. You see a small mistake can have large consequences.
