Awful service, no communication and after 5 calls and 2 visits (all money and time) finally had a delivery time (1 week later than originally), the delivery has turned up 4 hours earlier. The delivery guy has left everything outside on the street but as it wasn't the agreed time I had no help to take thinkg up the 2nd floor. It is NOT Home delivery. Not recommended. I had a web order.

City Plumbing in Bognor (formerly PTS) is probably the best merchants in the area, the staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile to help us beleaguered plumbers. However, there's one thing that lets it down. They used to have a van for deliveries which was extremely useful. Used to.. Now some idiot higher up has decided that they don't need a van. This has meant that CPS Bognor is now reliant on a courier, which has been an unmitigated disaster. More often than not, materials are late, and that's if the courier turns up at all. In short, I've got absolutely no criticism of the trade counter staff, just the stupidity of the person who decided that taking the van away was a good idea. Well it's not. Sack the person who thought that it was a good idea. You're wrong.
