What joke place sell something that doesnt charge then wont give money back Save your money and go somewhere else

Went in with my nan with no hope left for my old iphone 7 which I couldn't remember some of the details to unlock and the screen was a bit of a cracked mess. I wanted to give to my nan the phone and bring her into the 21st century so was completely disheartened but we were both warmly welcomed and had a fantastic time with both Rashid and his female co-worker who unfortunately we didn't take the name for. They were beyond helpful and very professional when helping with my specific requests without making me feel inadequate at any point. I would 100% recommend to anyone who suffers with tech problems to give these guys a visit. They are fantastic!

Just popped into this shop for the first time . WOW , what a difference from the shop I bought phone second hand from . At 78 and a half people don't have much patients with us oldies . The young man was absolutely brilliant kind and helpful beyond everything . He sorted my problem in a few minutes , the original shop I bought from had it half an HR and still never fixed it ! This lovely man wouldn't even charge me for his time . Go here for a perfect service with a smile and respect . The young lady was just as helpful . Will recommend this shop one thousand percent . Thank you young man you made my day , and I didn't feel a nuisance at all xxxx

Usually my 1st point of call always had good service and repairs. Not needed to use them in the last minute 3yrs,but, reading recent reviews may try elsewhere mmmm.
