        Very polite and helpful until we queried a receipt problem then showed us they had no customer service skills, off hand and couldn't have cared less. Went to Rustington Branch where we got better service with a thank you. Wont be using Bognor Branch again

        Absolutely terrible and arrogant service from Adam (Store Manager) and his colleague today. Couldn't get myself to order from them so went to Chichester branch instead where I was helped by a lovely young man named Jamey. Bognor branch clearly don't need the business, I would avoid wasting your time by going there.
