Awful service, awful fitting. When I was asked to pay 'up front' I didn't expect my kitchen unit to be damaged, my floor to have holes in and then when I asked for the holes and damaged boards to be fixed I was shouted at in front of my young children and he walked off the job. This left me with a damaged floor, damaged kitchen unit and lost my money. Avoid at any cost!

Do not use under any circumstances. Unprofessional, rude and uses bully tactics to get his unfinished, unusable work done. Floor is chipped, not level and poorly fitted. He took absolutely no care with his work Bullied us into paying half upfront then left the work unfinished/damaged. Gave him the opportunity to come and fix his shoddy work and he threw a little tantrum, wouldnt even look at the problem, packed up his tools and left. Threatened us with violence on his way out, would not recommend

Ive been using Con at Sussex Flooring both for my business and home for many years and found him very capable of taking on all the jobs we've offered him and all with excellent results and cannot recommend him enough.

Con has done a bunch of work for me including laying two sets of carpets and sanding down and restoring some of my original floorboards, which he did extremely professionally..I've also seen some stunning work he's done on some parquet flooring. I appreciate Con's honesty. He's very upfront and there's no unnecessary platitudes. What you see, is what you get. Would definitely recommend.
