I went to the morning meditation and it was a a great way to start your day. SJ garden is so relaxing and its good to be out with nature. I found the tapping very powerful, the statements you speak out loud are really positive for your mindset, and then you get lovely pastries and tea/ coffee after meditation. I have been receiving abdominal massage from Sarah Jayne in order to relieve my acid reflux and night time reflux . I have found Sarah Jayne's treatments remarkable and after a massage my symptoms are significantly reduced and I sleep through the night. If you are a GERD sufferer you will realise how significant this is, if you are not, I can honestly say that Sarah Jayne has improved my quality of life Sarah Jayne is a very experience and talented therapist who is rather special and I would recommend many of her treatments.
