Absolutely delighted with my new flooring from SM Flooring. Conner and Simon worked hard to give me exactly what I wanted and the end result was just perfect. I highly recommend this local company and wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

We had LVP installed. There was a hiccup at the beginning, but it was swiftly resolved as you would expect from a professional company. Very pleased with the finished product.

We used the SM Flooring team to floor our 4 bed house in Barnham. 92m of Moduleo downstairs and 67m of Cormar carpet upstairs. Simon, Connor and the team were exactly why we should all go local! They were friendly, proffessional, tidy, helpful, in fact they couldn't have done more for us. In the midst of having a baby and buying a new build at the same time, the guys were flexible, understanding, took the initiative to just get on with things when they needed to, to help us meet out times and windows, without over stepping the mark at all. Honestly they couldn't have done more for us and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. I feel that I owe them for being so patient and understanding with us, but as I say, this is why we should all shop local, you just wouldn't get that level of service with any of the bigger companies. Thank you!!

Didn't fit. Photo sent, sellers response was :- Im sorry to see that there is an issue with your flooring. I can't quite understand why as we sent 14 twin sliders out last week and over 250 in total from the same template without issue. I left ebay feedback accordingly "Avoid, cut short on the offside, pics provided, no effort to sort, return offered" The response was :- "Buyer fitting error, dishonest buyer, 1000's git apart from his" Pic of the bad fit posted on photos.
