I went to Jon and Linda to get my engagement ring reset. The whole experience from start to end was very professional, Jon kept me updated with messages, drawings and CAD Designs before going ahead to ensure I was completely happy. I couldn't have been happier with the final outcome, it was to the highest standard and so beautiful. I have since been back to get an insurance certificate as well as some lovely earrings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sates Jewellers to anyone! Thank you Jon and Linda!

Jon and Linda are the most helpful and friendly people! I found Sates on Google when I desperately needed an engagement ring resizing before going away on holiday for the big moment. Jon resized the ring in under 24 hours at such a good price! Since then, me and my other half have been back and purchased other jewelry including some earnings and a lovely pearl necklace and bracelet. I'd definitely recommend Jon and Linda for any of your jewelry needs!

Excellent service from Linda and Jon, they removed wedding ring from a swollen finger on a Sunday then resized and repaired very quickly. Very impressed. Can definitely recommend Sates.

I have had jewellery made by Jon Sates and he has always surprised me my his innovative ideas, remarkable and quick workmanship. The diamonds are the best quality and the jewellery beautifully made. His prices are reasonable and I have found him be totally reliable and honest. I will definitely be back for more jewellery
