After originally buying our home from Joe Graham we decided to list with them to sell as they could fully appreciate the hard work wed put into renovations. They had a buyer at asking price before it was even officially listed and when the chain unfortunately fell through they had another buyer over asking on the same day we went back on the market! Adam and Joe were a delight to deal with in both our purchase and sale of the house, so friendly and prompt to reply, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a call back or update. They went above and beyond to get the sale through quickly despite issues from our solicitor. They are also very reasonably priced compared to other estate agents in the area. Fantastic, friendly, non pushy service, they couldn't have helped us more. When we sold up in London we used one of the largest companies and they were awful. Joe Graham is a small local company that know the area. Personally if we ever sold up I wouldn't use anyone else even if it was a free service. Our thanks to Adam for all his hard work.
