This place is a big no no for our family now. We wouldn't give even 1 star now. We used to be very loyal customers. We bought so many jewellery from there and the staff was great. Now the staff have changed and are not so great. One of examples : We gave one item for repair, I was told it will take 2 weeks. After 2 months I went to ask for item. They found it in there and said they have got no idea why nobody didn't contact with me. Didn't even apologise! How about to check what they are receiving? And the repair was horrible. My family feels we are not welcomed there as previous staff was there for people. New staff clearly isn't.

Lovely atmosphere, very helpful team. Dave and Megan was happy to answer any questions and really showed they was listening.

I have paid 10 in Aug 2022 to change battery in my watch. It lasted only for 2 months. Customer assistant today apologised, usually they are supposed to last for 1 year. He also mentioned they didn't have the same issue before. However, even if they did, he wouldn't tell me. I am very unhappy with the situation and explained why I won't get back to this shop again. He replied "this is absolutely fine!", I said "are you the owner of the shop?.."..
