Very competent service from a professional, yet friendly team. Particularly appreciated Jane's involvement in progressing an acquisition. It is a challenging time for acquisitions at present with conveyancing often taking 6mths+ but Jane is very goal-focussed and was always on hand to give things a well-timed gentle nudge when sticking! No hesitation in recommending and would happily work with the sales and lettings teams again.

Sam Thorne has been absolutely outstanding so far and its only been a matter of 24h!!! He has answered any questions I have had but more importantly given me some answers to questions I hadnt even thought to ask! He is super friendly, proactive and willing to do his all to make the process a breeze. He wastes no time and is prompt to put you in touch with all different departments and they have great communication between them. He only wants to provide the best care for his clients and this has shone through with his bubbly personality. He has provided me with all types of options I hadnt even realised were a possibility! The rest of the team have all been fab too but a special mention to their new starter Sam Thorne! 100% recommend these guys. Jodie was also extra fabulous as not only did she come to me out of hours as my silly work schedule made life hard, but she was super friendly and broke everything down should I decide to let my property as opposed to sell! Great service
