Made a few purchases from Black Cat now to keep my various ageing Dell laptops going. I can vouch for the fact that (unlike a great many other suppliers) genuine means "genuine" as the parts are definitely genuine Dell items. Also comms are always helpful and friendly and delivery is superfast. Prices are also very fair. It's so refreshing to experience a decent and honest business for once. Seems to be a dying breed. Please don't change, Black Cat. Dell owners need you!

Just received my Dell charger from these guys. Amazing delivery speed and service is so much better than Dell themselves! Won't bother going to Dell direcly anymore.

The battery life on my almost four year old Inspriron was down to about 30 minutes. Not good. After googling I was surprised to learn that Dell reckon on a decent battery life of 18-24 months. So, time for a replacement. Lots available on the internet, but only Dell and Black Cat offered genuine Dell parts. Preferring to support smaller businesses (and a 12 price saving) I opted for Black Cat. Although I was reasonably sure of the battery type needed, a quick call to them confirmed the correct battery required for my specific model. As promised, the battery arrived the next day. I had a little bit of trouble disconnecting the old one, but another quick call to Black Cat and I was talked through the process. New battery installed, powered up, and now hours and hours of charger-free laptop time. Thanks BlackCat

Excellent customer service, immediate response on email. Genuine Dell parts and highly recommend as a very professional Company. Purchased a replacement Dell Battery for my laptop and very impressed.
