I used this company last year to fix a radiator issue and was totally satisfied. So, I decided to contact them again to obtain a quote for a boiler service. Unfortunately, it turned out that the price quoted was not what was confirmed on the day (before work started). But what made the matter worse was that, when I politely ask for clarification, I was made to feel it was my misunderstanding. I found it quite insulting. On that basis, the work didnt go ahead.
