I had reverse on to broken pillar on the end of someones drive way. So my car was stuck. I went to berstead autos and saw gavin to ask for help, I explained what had happened and needed help , with no delay he collected his tools he needed and help me get my car off this broken pillar. He was sooo lovely and helpful. I would like to add there use to be a car sales place next door to gavins shop ( not there anymore ) I always thought they were combined as I brought at car from this car sales shop year ago and was ripped off! But I realised today that both shops are separate and have nothing to do with each other. So thanks Gavin for you help so nice to see there are still helpful people out there Service: General repairs & maintenance

I cannot reccomend Gavin at Bersted Autos enough... He always goes out of his way to help resolve any issue. I recently called Gavin out to investigate a loud noise coming from my wheel that petrified me.. this was on Gavins first day back after the holidays and although very busy he was still happy to help. Thankfully it was only a stone caught in the rim that Gavin found and dislodged. I would have without a doubt been charged for this by my previous mechanic. Gavin is always cheerful and respectful and i would never go anywhere else.
