Steve and his team have been helping with the heating and plumbing at our house in Pagham for over 10 years, we now rent the house for holiday lets. They installed a new boiler before we started letting the property and also replaced the manifold for the underfloor heating. Three times, during our guests holiday, they have responded to issues (broken toilet cistern, boiler needed a new part and guest fiddling with heating settings). They were incredibly quick to both respond and resolve the problem - each time within a couple of hours, visiting on the same day. I would highly recommend them. Needed help with central heating not working just before Christmas. C & S came promptly and assessed the problem as a slow leak under our downstairs flooring. We were able to keep warm with electric heating over Christmas. Hot water from gas hob and kettles. C&S sent out someone to trace the leak first thing in the new year, which they did very rapidly and repaired it the same day. House is now warm and hot water running. In the longer term we'll be replacing the damaged downstairs flooring. The leak looked like it had been there for a while.
