More Than Tyres (Bognor Regis)

Got two tyres fitted today, once I got home I noticed my centre cap missing. Returned to the garage to be handed it back with one clip snapped off, it fell out when I pulled away. Yes, hence why they have three. "I must have broken it but I'll never admit that again". Offered me a totally different design to compensate and said I could take the front off and swap. On my mercedes cls?. On further inspection I have lacquer peeling off the top of one wheel due to being gripped without the protective covers. This might sound petty but there is also fresh chips in what was a good pair off wheels. How simple should it be?. Just two tyres and it turns into a complete balls up. You got cash? Cash is best he said! 40 straight in the pocket too.

Popped in for some advice and could not ask for more, came back again and they dealt with the problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone that ask me. Will be back soon

I wish there were more stars that I could award!! Richie and Andy were unbelievably kind, helpful and friendly after they had speedily fitted two new tyres late last Friday afternoon. They had discovered while fitting the tyres that our car was not safe to drive as it needed a replacement track rod end on the offside front. We were due to drive 300 miles that night to visit my very poorly father in law in hospital. They could see how distressed and anxious I was and pulled out every stop in the book to make our journey possible. They rang round and sourced the part for immediate delivery, fitted it and all of this was with a smile. I felt in very safe hands and was extremely grateful for everything they did to get me safely on my way. We made the journey and visited my father-in-law in hospital several times over the weekend. He sadly passed away within 24 hours of our visit. Thanks entirely to two amazing gentlemen we were able to spend some very precious time with him. Thank you again Richie and Andy. Bless you both!
