Don't need the surgery that often but recently I needed st Richard's Hospital and referred to Maywood well taken care of by all staff even though I was miserable thanks to all especially Dr Coe thank you!

The doctors here are great, but getting past the dragons on reception is something else altogether. What gives these people the right to demand what you need to see the doctor for before they will arrange an appointment?? I would like my medical conditions to remain private between myself and the doctor if you don't mind! And as for the amount of time you have to spend on hold in the morning before getting through to make that appointment -19 minutes and twenty eight seconds - all at my expense. Please sort your systems out and make them more user friendly, and while you're at it, please provide your gatekeepers with some up to date customer service training and some pointers in how to behave professionally.
