Every time I call I have to wait up to 50 minutes on the phone. This seriously needs to be changed asap.

What a complete shambles! Have been trying for 2 weeks to get through to tge surgery. E-consult has been down for 4 days which is a complete joke. As I work at QAH in Portsmouth in a very busy department I am unable to sit on the phone for 45 minutes plus. I deal with so many Drs surgeries all over West Sussex and Hampshire and this is by far the worse. Have already made complaint but nothing has changed.

Over the last year, Bersted Green have messed up my prescriptions on every single occasion, leading me to have to pay for emergency prescriptions or go without each time. As it is important I never miss a dose, this is completely unacceptable. I've spoken several times to reception, various GPs and the pharmacy, but they continue to get it wrong. I have just walked out of the pharmacy empty handed yet again. EDIT 21/04/23 I have just gone to the pharmacy to pick up a new prescription ordered a week ago through my GP and guess what, they haven't got it. I'm changing surgery if I possibly can.

Unable to get through on the phone. I dialled in on 2 mobiles at the same time and gave up after 25 minutes of repeated tries. I was continually on hold. Every time I phoned I was on hold for about 5 minutes then the line would just drop and I cut off and had to dial in again. As I was phoning while my partner was about to have a procedure at the Nuffield Hospital (they needed some info from the surgery), the time I spent trying to make phone contact actually held up his procedure at the Nuffield. Not really acceptable.

Any practice is always going to be as good as your last experience. Bersted Green, however is consistently excellent. We have nothing but praise for the receptionists, nurses, paramedics and doctors who make this practice reliable and worthy of our trust. The cat agrees.
