        Long story short- Went in with a query about some door handles which were now updated to a slightly different design by the manufacturer, the very kind lady on the till (who I think was called Ellie but don't hold me to it!?) was very helpful in directly ringing the Havant store to see if they had any of the older stock. There was and she reserved them for me. Very grateful for this as she could have simply just palmed me off. Really need more kind people like her. Give her a pay rise!

        Never been before but the staff behind counter were so nice and patient, they persevered trying to find the right bulb and they did thank you so much, I will be back. Happy New Year.

        I always come here and never had any problems other than low stock on occasions. Location is easy to get to and parking is ample. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
