        Tried 7 times to contact Bognor office over four days. EVERY time the call failed to answer ...just rung until the line dropped. Forget using these if you want any kind customer service whatsoever. Footnote....after actually visiting to drop the car off i found one young woman trying to run the whole thing. Checking cars in, doing paperwork.....so now i know why the phone wasn't answered.

        Hired a van for a house move. Pleasure with the experience apart from the move. Great communication and had a great van. Would highly recommend, price was reasonable and would use again. Thank you for making my move a little bit less stressful

        Customer service isnt the best they was sort on car due to enterprise selling stock and not buying more. Was told Id hear back from them twice and never did. Decided to cancel the hire car due to it not being available till 4 days later
