The owner is not a nice person, she puts stickers on cars that she doesn't like because she's a small minded imp

Very disappointed by this place. Turned out to be very expensive and actually rather rude. Owner has been in the business for many many years, and kept reminding us how much experience she has in the industry and knows "what we want". Ultimately this means we didn't actually get what we wanted, and charged an inordinate restocking fee when we returned items that were over-ordered. Our fault, apparently, since we could have checked the invoice to see how much was being ordered. Yet, when far too many tiles are over-ordered for a bathroom designed by this company, how are we supposed to know what is "too much" at the outset. Years of experience, apparently... Speaking to various tradesmen, it became clear, retrospectively, that this business is well known and over charges. Not a good experience at all.

Honestly dont waste your time, rude staff with 0 customer service. I even witnessed a worker from the store vandalising vehicles outside of the shop by putting stickers on their windows, verbally abusing and arguing with locals in the street! Absolutely not worth the hassle, much friendlier businesss locally. Shame on you guys. (Edit- the vehicle was not mine, nor was the argument with myself as suggested by the employee. Merely witnessed the unfavourable behaviour)

After recommendation from my mums friends who had used this company. They helped my mum with all aspects of planning her new bathroom and also were helpful in recommending a reliable installer. There is a good range of products to choose from. Thank you for your friendly and knowledgeable service. Plus patiently helping myself replace my dated shower head and arm for my own bathroom.
