Ross was very helpful in diagnosing the problems with our old system .Ross spent time with me discussing the various options and we agreed a new system was the best way forward. Ross provided a detailed quotation for my approval and installation dates were agreed shortly after. Ross and his team were very punctual and was happy to explain the various processes throughout the 2 day installation and the work was not rushed. Once completed he provided us with a full explanation of the system controls before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sussex Heating Care Service: Heating system installation

When my boiler broke down, I had no hesitation asking the Sussex Heating Company to install a new one for me. Ross and his apprentice were so helpful, efficient and professional. We have been impressed with how knowledgeable Ross is and his kind attitude. We were on a journey to DIY the underfloor heating installation and hire a professional to connect and commission the system. We hired Ross to do that. We got in contact with Ross at the design stage and as per consultation with him we chose a different UFH supplier (who is a technical leader of the industry) that he recommended. We are really pleased with the supplier and the system a year later. Since then we have worked with Ross on several occasions from boiler servicing to solving problems with hot water. From working with Ross we appreciate him for the fact that he is always looking for cost effective solutions and never tries to trick you into unnecessary spending. He is a professional who is looking to build long lasting relationships. Lastly, every time he visits we learn something new about the heating systems, heat pumps, boilers, their efficiency in the context of your house, as well as current and upcoming regulations around these topics. So far we quite enjoyed working with Ross and we hope to continue working with him in the future.
