I have worked for heathlodge which is now All care for just over 8 years, I have always enjoyed my job and the carers I work with. The carers always going above and beyond to support our customers. Within our office I feel we have a very supportive, caring office team that is why I decided to make the transition to move to my office role from the community,just over a year ago as a care coordinator. My role is very much supported and appreciated by my manager and fellow care coordinator.

I have worked for heathlodge care services for 10 years now, I have so much job satisfaction from doing this work, working with the the older generation is not always easy but you meet some very interesting people and some really lovely people.As you can see the previous review was over a year ago, that manager is no longer working for the company, we have a new manager now who do not swear at you and is very much a caring person whos door is always open for a chat, we have a great team in the office who are there to help you in any way, we have good training, we have some great carers who will always help you to learn your job as a carer, you will be paid a good hourly rate, petrol allowance, uniforms supplied, hours to suite, come along and visit us for a chat, it cant be that bad if Ive done 10 years and Im planning to do another 10, I love working for heath lodge

I had worked with Heath lodge for a year. They were there for me all the time I needed and if I didn't had to move, I would still be working with him. Thank you everyone at Heath Lodge.

The way the manager treats the staff is bloody awful! My partner was signed off for 3 weeks with depression and thought she had the support of the manager however today she was bloody used for a few calls in the morning and then to find out they haven't given her any hours next week....yet they are struggling to cover packages. It's a bloody joke! She's unprofessional swearing in the office and making staff feEl as big as ants! I should know! I used to work there. Fumming and disgusted is an understatement. No wonder the staff turn out is poor! If it wasn't for the ladies in the office that woman wouldn't have a bloody job bexcuse they work their arses off for all I can call a office Hitler. Vile woman.
