        I was only visiting but it's a retirement home with plenty of flats all with warden control the flat I was at had a good size lounge/dinner bedroom a large double bathroom also large kitchen are of good size all flats have access to communal lounge with kitchen there is outside gardens carpark is good size the building is very near local shops and doctors is opposite and a public carpark is free bus service is very handy a good place to retire

        A retirement area with lots of sheltered appointment a machartey and stone development it in a very good area with doctors and a shop very close with transportation into Bognor and litthampton on the door step has plenty of on site parking
