We commissioned a survey report from Alex following a recommendation and found him to be extremely professional, very thorough and easy to deal with. His survey, that he talked through with us on the phone to make sure we had understood everything, was extremely comprehensive. Sections are colour coded by 'condition rating' which makes it easy to see any aspects he considers needs urgent attention and any that don't. We would thoroughly recommend Alex and consider him a lucky find.

Having engaged the services of many surveyors in the process of buying property, I can honestly say that Alex stands out as by far the most conscientious, thorough and professional. His report was highly detailed, accurate and exceptionally accurate. And his charges were very reasonable. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him to any potential house buyer!
