Update1(same day); got a call in response to this review, spoke to 2 nice people, rearranged delivery for next week and was offered compensation(I am satisfied with this result).
Original review; Terrible service, ordered bed, with delivery specified(in writing) on Monday evening because I was unavailable from Tuesday onwards, order didn't arrive, no phone call, went into store on tuesday, they were out for lunch, phoned an hour later and they were rude and refused to refund, I will be contacting bank shortly to cancel the payment.
