Very happy with my first visit to the 02 shop. Always got my phone's online. However the face to face contact was far better. The staff were very good and made it all easy to understand and dealt with all the phone transfers.

The store manager is in the wrong job. Zero or selective customer service/people skills. He gave deliberate false information, claiming that there was no iPhone 13s in stock, this was later corrected by an honest member of staff! Final payment due on old phone was calculated incorrectly causing 02 to cut off service until lengthy phone calls and long wait solved the problem. New phone was faulty and had to be replaced, the disinterest/annoyance shown by the manager during the replacement process nearly caused me to cancel the whole transaction and go elsewhere. As a loyal o2 customer I am shocked at the treatment I experienced in this store, and take comfort from the fact that when I have to renew my phone in three years time he probably will no longer be employed there.
