Practicing martial arts with Mr Rawlings is always fun and challenging to make sure that we push ourselves to our limits to continue to learn and grow as individuals. The benefits of martial arts, not only allows someone to be able to stay calm and defend themselves in any given situation, but it also helps bring inner peace and control. Martial arts is not just about throwing someone around, throwing a kick or a punch, but is also an amazing way of harnessing mental health and taking your own mental health and well being into account. Mr Rawlings is able to teach, coach and inspire those around him to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.

My daughter goes to Little Ninja classes and from her 1st day she was welcomed to the family.. She loves her instructors and talks non stop about when her next class is. Great people, she has learnt so much and increased her confidence. Great value for money.
