        Very thorough and pretty much always at hand, if not you will be called back or receive a email. All staff very friendly, Chris osbourne dealt with my affairs and very pleased with the high level of service I received. 100% would use again. Thank you to all there.

        Absolutely awful company to deal with. Supposedly a large organisation with every speciality, but obviously not! Confirmed they have a person to deal with my case but then said they are not taking on any more cases! Are you serious?! And amongst all of this, their telephone system cuts out ever 30 seconds in mid conversation! They apologised continuously on every occasion I called back, but this is so incredibly unprofessional. Never again. Cannot recommend this organisation.

        I had been worried about my parents will and equity release on there house after their death. I shouldnt of worried as the solicitor I spoke to over the phone put my mind at rest immediately . Unlike other solicitors wanting money for this, that and the other. These are not at all like that.
