I cannot recommend Nelly high enough. Her manner and friendliness is bested only by her professionalism with her laser. Her passion for her job is evident; and her passion for her clients just as much. Along with the usual trepidation, i was also extremely nervous, as a transgender woman, in seeing outside professionals, for such desperately needed hair removal. Nelly made me feel instantly at home, and each visit has just been truly wonderful and kind. I will now look forward to sessions, rather than be terrified. Service: Laser hair removal

Nelly is an extremely warm and welcoming person and very professional. Every visit I had was the best experience even though the procedure is not always painless. Nelly always does the best to make you feel comfortable and the procedure was the best thing that could have happened to me. Iv just had my third visit to nellie, i only started 1 or 2 areas but after the results, im having the treatments in 4 areas. After just one treatment i saw a huge difference after the second i no longer need to shave my under arm, i have dark hair so it has very fast results, nellie makes you feel at ease, just gets on with it and super professional. She has been doing it for 7 years and you can tell she knows her stuff, she takes her time and pride in her work, you know its money well spent. Good to note not all lasers are created equally, dont be fooled by cheaper priced amateurs.
