they dont sent bills but pass to debt collectors right away. Terrible service

Beware of these people, I have paid them the ground rent in time and they have conveniently ignored and pursued recovery through their Debt recovery agents PDC. On sending them a legal letter they say its been closed. Not nice. If i receive one more letter you will be pursued further.

WARNING !!!! Phone up and pay your ground rent a MONTH before it is due as they do NOT send out notices for it and go straight to a debt collection agency. 110 turned into 577. Other reviewers say Sinclair OWN the debt collection agency !! John from Sinclair said "it is in the contract that we don't have to send out a notice". We rang up the leasehold advisory service and got a 15 min appointment. They said since 28 Feb 2005 this is ILLEGAL not to send a bill and there were grounds for a tribunal (with link sent). Also advised to write to MP and get together with other flat owners to share costs of tribunal. We were warned by our conveyancing solicitor how bad Sinclair were and took no notice. Pester them to take your ground rent payment WAY in advance otherwise you will be seriously out of pocket. We were spoken to like naughty school children on the phone when this was the first debt collection letter we have EVER received in our lives. They are an absolute disgrace. Get on to the leashold advisory service and book a 15 minute appointment with them. They are brilliant and tell you your legal rights straight away. The only way evil triumphs is for good people to do nothing. Take heart and take action. Good luck !
