From the moment I first spoke with Charlie at Fitted Commerce, I knew he would be able to help with our situation. 12 months ago we had no Order Management system or Postage Label Process. We would spend 3 hours a day manually processing orders from Selling platforms & individually processing postage labels. As a small growing company, we could not carry on working with these outdated in-house systems. Charlie helped us implement Linnworks seamlessly. Not only did he help us set up Linnworks, he structured the setup and LW processes to our business model. Which for us as a small niche business was absolutely invaluable. I couldn't speak more highly of Charlie (Fitted Commerce). Not only is he a lovely guy & easy to talk to, his e-commerce knowledge is vast. It has been a big change for me that I have been daunted by for years however Charlie has made the whole implementation and Integration with LW an enjoyable & rewarding one.

I first met Charlie and Fitted Commerce Team to get help with Linnworks implementation. Charlie and team helped us setting seamless operations with Linnworks including Order Management, Inventory Management, Channel and Listing Management. Being a small company, it helped us stream line the operations and thus saving precious time.
