Rooms: Decent room as you would expect in a caravan Safety: It was safe however we managed to enter without any checks or barrier straight to our rooms. Too many humps and not suitable for low base cars. I could hear a loud sound everytime I crossed one. This can definitely be improved. Food & drinks: Limited choice and availability was an issue for vegetarians and vegans

So, the weekend started very well lots of exitement on the 1st night but went downhill very quickly, stayed here with my wife and 3 kids, all in all we where quite dissapointed, the good was not enough to out weigh the bad, there where however some very nice staff on some of the activities. The caravan was moderatly clean, the kids beds where okay, however the double bed was in dire need of a new matress massive dips on both sides, very over used, some of the most uncomfortable nights sleep i have ever had. In one instance we feel we where lied to, was told the segways wern't available that weekend due to the only trained staff member being off, then we saw them being used on the sunday. The arcades where fun, but i must say, the cashless system with the topping up of the cards with credits is a clever way to try and mask how expensive it all is. The swimming pool is tiny, and very basic, got boring very quickly. Now for the food... On the saturday, we had pizza, which i must admit was very nice. Sunday, however was a different story, upon arrival, the girl at the kiosk asked if we would be wanting a roast and stated that she may be able to 'scrape one together', not the best choice of words there. So we sat and ordered, 2 sharing starters and 4 mains (only 4 as the 3rd child is a baby). They sent out the mains with the starters, then got very shirty when we asked that the mains be taken back as we wanted to eat our starters first. After our starters we where then sarcastically asked if we where now 'ready for our mains', they brought out mine and my wifes but not the childrens, which had to be chased up by one of the waiting staff. My main (the bolognese) smelt as if it was of and tasted a bit strange, being a stubborn man i ate it anyway. Now on the monday (day of leaving) I have some nasty kind of bug, likely from sundays dinner. My daughter has conjunctivitus, my guess is from the swimming pool. And my one year old has contracted hand, foot and mouth, probably also from the pool. Which brings into question the hygene of the swimming area and the chemical balance of the water in the pool. So all in all, not a very good weekend away.
