        I am a foreigner and every time I go in to shop I leave this store disappointed because there is a saleswoman there who looks at me with contempt and if I ask her something she answers rudely and does not say hello, she behaves disgustingly, she is blonde with hyloron in her lips. I think she hates her job but the customers are not to blame and I think I won't shop there anymore

        The store manager was so rude to my mother that she made her cry. Not a great first experience for someone who is 71 & just moved back to England after 20 years. She is unfamiliar with the shop & asked a woman called Paulina (who we later found out is the store manager) the simple question of which til to pay at for what she wanted to purchase (as there are 2 til areas) "At the front" said Paulina & then turned on her heel & said "where they always are!". When my mother tried to challenge her as to why she had been so rude Paulina turned on her heel & walked into the staff area & slammed the door behind her. That's a whole family of customers lost. We'll now be shopping in Boots & Savers! Goodbye
