I've been going to this salon for 7 or 8 years now. Tracey is the best, very knowledgeable, and will always give you the advice you need. Prices are very fair for the area and the salon is a very friendly environment. Highly recommend

Just moved to the area, I have had highlights and a cut and its absolutely brilliant so professional and friendly. This is now my forever hairdresser.

I came here for highlights and a toning treatment and unfortunately was very upset with the result. The highlights were very far from the root, there were lots of patches missing around the front of my face and pieces where the highlight lines were very harsh, chunky and visible. The toning was also quite yellow at the top of my head. Sadly, because I felt that the job was not a good one I didnt feel like I wanted to return to the salon for them to fix it. I wanted to go somewhere else. But I thought they should know about what had happened and how upset I was to ensure this didnt happen to another customer. I spoke to the owner about it, and did not get a very good response despite the fact that I was very polite, reasonable and even apologetic about the fact that I wasnt happy. She wanted the opportunity to fix it and wasnt pleased that I didnt want them to, which I understand. But she then said several times that if I wanted a refund she would need to get her legal team involved which I felt was an over dramatic scaremongering technique. I said that I didnt expect an entire refund but a partial refund as a goodwill gesture would be nice. She offered 20. I paid 110 for the whole thing so it was pretty insulting but I accepted it because I knew I wouldnt get anything better. She wasnt apologetic in the slightest, I actually said sorry more times than she did even though I had done nothing wrong. I went to a different hairdresser to get it fixed and confessed to them where I had been for the highlights. The new hairdresser said that I was the fourth customer who had come to her with highlights that needed fixing from Elite. Im sad that I didnt like my hair because the stylist was a lovely person who gave nice service. The salon owner however was shockingly rude and in denial that my hair had not been done well, so dont expect anything better if you go to Elite for highlights because no lesson was learned from my complaint.
