Is a wonderful private setting for 1 : 1 or paired sessions. My good friend and I are mummies too toddlers and have been going to Her Garden Gym for over a year now. The sessions have been tailored according to our postnatal needs. Which we found was very hard to find. We were impressed with the level of experience and knowledge Jacqueline has in this area. By working in a pair we found it to be very enjoyable but also very encouraging and have seen great results. Would definitely recommend Her Garden Gym to anyone especially mummies looking to get back into fitness after having a baby. Jenny

Really lovely setting for 1 to 1 personal training. Very peaceful and private. Enjoy my sessions here very much! If youre looking for a local trainer I highly recommend Jacqueline and Her Garden Gym!
