        I can't praise Sajaroo Gifts enough. I was searching for the lovely "365 Happy Days Calendar" for my elderly aunt and uncle but couldn't find anyone who would deliver it with a gift note inside. I started an online chat and got a very personalised service from Sam. She organised for a courier to deliver it as it might be too late for Royal Mail and she put the the note inside that I requested. She called me to take payment over the phone. It couldn't have been simpler and I couldn't have hoped for better service. In future I will leave the big corporates alone and look at Sajaroo first. Many thanks, Charlotte

        Excellent communication when my order hadn't arrived and brilliant quick responses. It then turned up as it was a royal mail delay. Very polite and pleasure to buy from.

        Terrible customer service. Bought an item but wanted to return it. Shop refused even though I was in my rights to request a refund. Would not recommend to anyone. Currently opening a complaint with trading standards.
