Went today to get some party bits and was ignored at the till whilst they conversed to themselves, when finally acknowledged got told that it was cash only, when I finally paid they threw the change at me even tho my hand was outstretched and then they returned to talking to each other. Awful service didnt feel welcome do not recommend and will not return. I thought I would be welcomed with mature ladies working but I felt brushed off like a piece of dirt. This has affected me mental health and I am worried I will go into a depressive mode from this incident alone

Went in today to purchase a wide range of Halloween and party accessories The ladies at the till didnt even Acknowledge me and my sister They was carrying on their conversation prior to me attending the till. Asked if they had Halloween cups/plates after I only found plain ones She said whatevers there is what we have so no Basically couldnt care less what I was asking for whilst still taking to her college about a previous customer No eye contact couldnt care less what I wanted or needed advice Once I went to pay for all they had (basic)cups that I could find or said was available She then said no card cash only with no signs available or notice. So once I said I only have card she literally blanked me to the next customer!! For such a mature lady I would of expected a better response to pushing me off and going to your next customer!! After spending so much money over the years with this shop Im more than angry with the service I had today. Having said that my friend was next in line to which her change was literally chucked across the desk to her and the she carried on her conversation with her Co worker with no customer service/ support given. Im actually shocked !! Someone of such age and experience could treat customers in such bad manner!! Next time I will use THE CARD FACTORY!!! Tied to support local but whats the point !!
