        Our combi boiler wouldn't fire. Phoned Rob, he was round inside three hours and had the problem solved and was off site inside an hour. He had the necessary parts onboard which was impressive. His charges were exceptionally fair considering what was involved. He is now my firm no.1. Professional, polite, found the issue instantly and didn't mess about. I can't recommend Rob highly enough. If there were ten stars, he'd get them from me.

        Pates Heating replaced our old boiler and installed a much more efficient new one. Minimal mess or disruption and we are very pleased with his work. The cost of the work was a pleasant surprise too. Much cheaper than quotes from other plumbers Excellent highly recommend.

        Rob is a true professional. He is knowledgeable and courteous and has completed all work on our house renovation including, moving boiler location, fitting a new boiler and various bathroom and radiator fittings to a really high standard. Would recommend to anyone
