        The Guardian of the Gate was somewhat forbidding, but civil. However, having seen my ID 6 times that day, I was rather exasperated at having to present it a 7th time. Come off it!

        Lazy, unhelpful, rude staff. Being disabled I needed help and they are still supposed to help disabled people but they tried telling me they were not allowed to help until I told them I had already checked with management.
