They owe my wife the money she paid you for her lesson yesterday , and yes she was late getting home but had paid for an hour's lesson , You got to our house at 6pm the lesson was booked for 6.20 pm and she informed you she would be late , you drove off at 6.30pm later saying you left at 6.35pm and had left a card in our letter box , no card left and cctv shows you driving off ,, you also said you had to go as you needed to be in Chichester , well Bosham is 10 mins from Chichester and her time was paid for up until 7.20 pm ,

I would urge anyone about to book driving lessons with Excel to read the following and I would be more than happy to answer any further questions. We booked Mr Butters of Excel, Chichester without hesitation because 3 years prior, we had received fantastic service with our eldest daughter. We booked the intensive course but split over 2 separate weeks due to time constraints. There were a couple of niggles, for example, Mr Butters took my daughter to a friend of his so that Mr Butters could see his friends shed. Thought this was very strange and definitely made my daughter feel uncomfortable but didn't kick up because previously we had been so happy. Mr Butters was unable to book my daughters test and asked us to instead, which we did. His fee includes the test fee so Mr Butters owed us 60 which he said we could take at a later date. My daughter had a couple of extra lessons which we paid cash for on the day, on one occasion however we forgot to pay and I texted immediately to apologize. My daughter at the time said that Mr Butters was really off about the oversight and I felt that she must be exaggerating because I didn't believe that Mr Butters would be so petty. I am not so sure now. Mr Butters was supposed to pick my daughter up at 7.30 on Tues morning, an hour before her test. Whilst apologizing for my lack of payment, and promise to pay on the Tues, I asked if I could claim the 60 test fee for the hour before her test and the use of the car during her test. Mr Butters would not accept that he owed us the 60 and on the Sunday evening at 21.00 said that he would not take my daughter to the test because of 'safety reasons', even though he had not mentioned this before. Mr Butters cancelled basically the day before her test, meaning that we could not arrange another car/instructor. He would not return any of my phone calls or texts. I must have phoned over 100 times to try and sort out the confusion. My daughter was distraught and her confidence completely knocked. I think he was vindictive and mean and if I had realized that 60 was going to turn him in to such a nasty piece of work, I would have gladly paid for the sake of my daughter. This all happened during the test changing in Dec so that my daughter now has to learn the new test requirements because he had not taught her them. To be honest, she was so upset that she has only recently taken up learning again. The whole experience has been awful and I blame Mr Butters entirely.
