        Recently moved to the area and signed up to West Meads surgery and I must just say that Im amazed with the prompt and friendly service received so far from everybody. Special thanks to the health and welfare coach who managed to get me back on track. Keep up the good work.

        No complaints whatsoever (okay so I'm not including a missed diagnosis but this was resolved swiftly to my satisfaction with the practice manager). Always get through on the phone or have super quick responses to econsults. Great team of receptionists (Julie you are a star) and fantastic doctors. Dr Monnery was fabulous but I'm not sure he's with you any more. Your paramedic is a credit to the practice. Thankful to have West Meads as my surgery.
