        My vulnerable 86-year-old mother was a loyal patient at this surgery for over 10 years but has been housebound and frightened to go to dentists since the pandemic started. As her dentures broke at the weekend, she called the Westmeads Dental Surgery today and they refused to help her as she hadn't been there for three years. I am shocked and disgusted at this unkind and unethical behaviour.

        Dr Jaffer first saw me for an emergency and I've stayed with him since. Had a root canal recently (my third) and I had no pain after at all. He's honest, good at what he does and won't charge you unnecessarily. Fantastic.
